So you just get your shiny new iPhone 4S. Wait a minute, where’s Siri? By default Siri is not enabled on the iPhone 4S. To enable Siri functionality, go to Settings, General, Siri. Change the setting to for Siri to “On”
You may also want to turn on Location Based Services to enable GPS functionality with Siri.
